This policy explains how Meloni Realty, Inc. handles information in connection with this website and its real estate services. The brokerage’s Florida license is CQ1067291; Jamie Meloni’s broker license is BK3167461.

Information you provide

When you contact us, request a home valuation, inquire about a property or use account and saved-search tools, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, message, search preferences and property information. Valuation requests may include an address, property condition, size, features and improvement details. Provide only what is relevant to your request; do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through these forms.

Search, device and usage information

Property tools process locations, addresses, MLS numbers, filters and other search criteria you enter. AI Smart Search sends your search text to IDX Broker for processing. Hosting and embedded services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, referrers, requested pages, dates and technical or performance logs.

Our embedded listing tools use browser session storage to maintain the website connection and cache public listing results and search context. IDX Broker and other providers may also use cookies or similar technologies for account sessions, functionality, security and measurement. Their practices are described in their own policies.

How information is used and shared

We use inquiry and property information to respond, prepare requested valuations, help with a property search or sale, arrange services, maintain client communications and operate the website. Information submitted through IDX Broker tools is processed by that provider and may be available to Meloni Realty. Saved-search alerts and account features operate according to the choices you make in those tools.

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, listings, communications, security and maps. When needed to fulfill your request, information may be shared with participating real estate professionals or service providers. Information may also be retained or disclosed to comply with law, applicable MLS requirements, legal process, security needs or the protection of rights. We do not describe every provider’s independent data practices as our own.

Embedded services and external links

Following an external link may take you to a website with different practices. We do not control those websites.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, referral sources and selected actions such as clicking a contact link or starting a property search. Google may process technical device and connection information and set analytics cookies. We exclude URL query strings and fragments, typed search terms, form entries, names, email addresses and phone numbers from our analytics events. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. A contact-link click is not proof that an inquiry was submitted.

You can decline analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining stops this website’s optional Google Analytics tracking; it does not control independent IDX Broker, map or security services. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You may browse without submitting a contact form. You can control cookies and storage through your browser, although blocking them may affect maps, forms, login and saved searches. Manage listing alerts through the provider’s account or unsubscribe controls. Contact us to request that we stop optional communications or to ask about access, correction or deletion of information we hold. Requests are subject to identity verification, applicable law, recordkeeping obligations and provider capabilities; deleting information from our records may not delete it from independent providers.

Retention and security

Information is retained as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ongoing services, legitimate business records and applicable legal or MLS obligations. Retention varies by information type and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and policy updates

This website is intended for people seeking real estate services and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We may update this policy as services or practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.

The Meloni Realty Guide is an automated, menu-based assistant with prepared answers. It is not a live chat or a generative AI service. Topic selections and the displayed conversation remain in the current page memory and are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. The guide does not send a chat transcript to Jamie or a chatbot provider. You can send Jamie a message using the IDX Broker contact form inside the guide. The name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message you submit are processed by IDX Broker and delivered to Meloni Realty for a response.
