Get to know Indian Shores
Indian Shores occupies a narrow part of the Pinellas County barrier-island coast, south of Indian Rocks Beach. Water on both sides of the island gives the town a clearly coastal identity.
The Gulf Boulevard corridor connects this community with neighboring beach towns. Compare being near the Gulf shoreline with locations facing the Intracoastal side, where outlooks and access arrangements may differ.
Buyers should consider the specific building and grounds as well as the town itself. Ask which amenities belong to the property, how parking works and where beach access is, rather than assuming all island homes function alike.
