Samsula-Spruce Creek

Samsula-Spruce Creek lies inland from New Smyrna Beach and southwest of Port Orange. It provides a separately mapped local area within southeastern Volusia County, distinct from both the oceanfront and the more northerly Daytona-area communities.

The surrounding geography connects the community with the mainland areas west of the coastal cities. Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach are separate regional centers, while the open Atlantic lies beyond the intervening waterways and shoreline communities.
