Oak Hill

Oak Hill sits south of Edgewater in southeastern Volusia County, near the lagoon side of the coast. Its position places it toward the county's southern coastal edge, apart from the larger Daytona-area communities farther north.

Riverbreeze Park is a public waterfront destination in the Oak Hill area. It gives the community a recognizable connection to the coastal waterway landscape, complementing its location south of the larger New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater areas.
