Oviedo

Oviedo is a city in eastern Seminole County, west of Chuluota and south of Black Hammock. Its position makes it an important local center between the northern Orlando metropolitan area and the county's more rural eastern communities.

Center Lake Park anchors the Oviedo on the Park area, which the city identifies as a major civic and recreation destination. That contemporary gathering place provides one point of orientation, while the broader mapped city includes other neighborhoods with different relationships to the surrounding region.
