Mulberry

Mulberry is a city in southwestern Polk County, south of Lakeland and west of Bartow. Its history is closely associated with the phosphate industry, a connection interpreted at the Mulberry Phosphate Museum through fossils, photographs and industry exhibits.

The city's cultural center adds another local destination. Nearby communities such as Fuller Heights, Willow Oak and Medulla are separately mapped places, so the broader area sometimes described as Mulberry extends beyond the city itself and contains a range of distinct local settings.
