Medulla

Medulla is a community south of Lakeland, west of Lakeland Highlands and north of Fuller Heights. It lies within the broader South Lakeland–Mulberry area of western Polk County, with its own mapped identity distinct from those larger place names.

Mulberry's phosphate museum and cultural center are regional destinations farther south, while Lakeland provides the larger city context to the north. Medulla occupies the space between those areas, making precise location more informative than a general South Lakeland label.
