Inwood

Inwood lies on the western side of the Winter Haven area, north of Jan Phyl Village and southeast of Auburndale. It is a separately identified community in central Polk County, providing a more precise location than a broad Winter Haven mailing address.

The wider city is known for the Chain of Lakes, while Auburndale adds another nearby town center to the northwest. Inwood's position between these places gives the community a connected central-county context, distinct from the more outlying communities farther east and south.
