Eagle Lake

Eagle Lake is a small city in central Polk County, south of the Winter Haven area and northeast of Bartow. Its location gives it a distinct position between those larger neighboring cities, with Wahneta to the southeast and Jan Phyl Village to the north.

The wider Winter Haven area is associated with the Chain of Lakes, an important regional landscape and recreation setting. Eagle Lake should nevertheless be understood as its own city, with the exact local setting differing from properties elsewhere in the larger Winter Haven address area.
