Pine Hills

Pine Hills is west of central Orlando and north of Orlovista, with Lockhart toward the northeast. It is one of the larger named communities on Orlando's western side, rather than a single small subdivision with one uniform setting.

Its position gives buyers several nearby communities to compare, including Fairview Shores toward the east and Ocoee farther west. The name narrows the geography, but does not replace a closer look at an individual property's block.
