Get to know Alafaya
Alafaya occupies a broad area east of Orlando, south of the University area and east of Rio Pinar. Its position places it among the communities on the eastern side of the metropolitan area, with Bithlo farther east and Union Park to the northwest.
The mapped community covers more than a single subdivision. Different addresses can put a home closer to the western edge of the area or farther into eastern Orange County, an important distinction when comparing everyday destinations.
