Belleair Beach

Belleair Beach is a coastal municipality on Pinellas County's barrier-island shoreline. The Gulf lies on one side of this narrow island setting, with the Intracoastal side facing the mainland and neighboring Belleair communities.

Its geography makes the relationship between a home's street, the shoreline and mainland crossings a useful part of any visit. Belleair Beach should not be confused with the separate inland Town of Belleair.

For buyers considering the coast, compare actual beach access and property orientation rather than relying on a beach-area address. Waterfront frontage, views, parking and outdoor space can be very different from one location to another.
